Hi there! I’m moving out and looking for someone to take my place in a lovely flat shared with two friendly flatmates from England and Ireland.
ABOUT THE FLAT:
* Fantastic location: just 5 minutes’ walk from Mornington Crescent and 10 minutes from Kings Cross.
* The flat is well-equipped, with a kitchen, separate living room (with a small balcony), and all the essentials including a fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, oven, and storage space.
* The room available is the first in the video tour.
* There’s one bathroom (with shower and sink), plus a separate toilet and sink.
We’re happy to arrange viewings from the 13th of January onward.
RENT & BILLS:
* Rent: £950 per month
* Council Tax Band: D
* Approximate monthly bills (for one person):
* Electricity: £50
* Water: £29
* WiFi: £11
AVAILABILITY:
* I’m looking to move out by the end of January but can be flexible with the exact dates.

* The current lease runs until 31st March, with the possibility of extending after that upon negotiation with the landlord.
