It is a lovely sized room in a 4 bedroom flat in Mornington Crescent. The flat is kept very clean and is in great condition. There is one shower room and a separate WC which have both recently been refurbished ✨It also has a nice communal space such as a living room and balcony so you can chill out in places other than your room.
The flat is really well connected with excellent transport links. It’s a 10 minute walk from King’s Cross Station and a 3 minute walk from Mornington Crescent station (northern line).
The room is unfurnished but I’m open to negotiating a handover of some furniture, including the bed.
Current flatmates include 2 working professionals (one in fashion and one in sustainability) and 1 student.

* If student, bank statements from guarantor
* Reference from previous landlord
* Character reference from someone of social standing (can be employer/ previous employer)
