After calling this place home for 3.5 years, I’m heading to start a new adventure by the coast - which means my incredible room in the best house share is up for grabs!

• 10 mins to Camden Town

Your New Housemates
You’ll be sharing with my two lovely housemates originally from Italy and Australia who have lived in London for many years now. They're both young professionals who make this flat feel like a real home. They mix WFH with office days and have a variety of interests/hobbies - art, board games, pilates, yoga, reading, cooking, hosting and lots more!
Who We’re Looking For
This isn’t your typical houseshare - it’s very much a home and we’re a friendly household that all enjoy living in a clean and comfortable space. Because of that our ideal new housemate will be someone who’s easygoing, communicative, and considerate in the shared areas.
-Young professional preferred
-Not suitable for students or couples
The Boring But Important Legal Stuff
-The Flat is Owned & Managed by a private landlord (who happens to be one of my best friends) so there will be no agency hassle or fees.
-You will receive your own individual contract for your room (separate to other housemates).
-A standard deposit will be required that's likely to be in the region of one months rent but final confirmation needed.
