Looking for someone to take over my room from 12th March until the end of July, with the option to extend annually after. The house would suit both students and working professionals.
The location is ideal - you’re about a 10 minute walk to King’s Cross, 8 minutes to Camden Town, and 5 minutes to Mornington Crescent, so getting anywhere is easy. The house itself is on a really quiet residential street just a couple of roads back from Camden High Street. It is also close to the Royal Vet College and UCLH Universities.
The room is a large ground floor double, with plenty of space and really good natural light. It comes fully furnished so it’s ready to move straight into.
The house has been recently refurbished, including a brand new main kitchen, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a second kitchen/living area that was redone just last month. There’s also a large garden directly off the kitchen which is great in the summer.
The property includes a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, which is a big plus for a shared house, along with plenty of kitchen cupboard space following the refurb.
The house is a mix of students and working professionals, and everyone is respectful and easygoing. There are no noise issues internally or externally, and the place is kept in good condition with a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.
All bills are included except for council tax, which is an additional cost.
