Hi! We’re looking for a friendly and respectful flatmate to join our 2-bed flat in central London, just a 5-minute walk from both Mornington Crescent and Camden Town stations.

The room is available from now until July, with the possibility to extend if it works well for everyone.

The room & flat:

- Single room in a 2-bedroom flat

- Fully furnished (bed, storage, etc.)

- Shared bathroom, kitchen, and living space

- Dishwasher and washer-dryer in the flat

- Great central location with excellent transport links (Northern Line + easy access across London)

About us:
We’re a 25-year-old female and a 27-year-old male — friendly, respectful, and easygoing. We both have our own routines and keep the flat relaxed and tidy.

Who we’re looking for:
Someone clean, considerate, and easy to live with. Open to both students and professionals.

Rent: £750/month

Bills: ~£120/month (includes electricity, WiFi, etc. — this is an upper estimate)

Council tax: ~£60/month per person (not applicable if you're a full-time student)
