Cosy Room in Cute, Friendly Flat:)

We're two girls (20yo + 21 yo), one of us a second year at UCL and one of us a full time pastry chef (so expect delicious things brought home). We're bubbly and outgoing, but chill :) Our flat is 3 bed, one bath, separate kitchen and living room, 5th floor so we have a view and a cute balcony (west facing, so we get the sunset looking out). Everything inside feels modern and recently refurbished, and we keep it clean and tidy (with fresh flowers because everyone needs fresh flowers). Water bill paid upfront for half the year, other bills + Wifi paid monthly. If student, no council tax -- if not a student, council tax band C (but discounted because one of us is a student). 5 mins from Mornington Crescent, 20 mins walk to UCL, super close to Regents Park.
