Single room in fabulous house share

Student/single room available. We have a quiet friendly house with an amazing garden and a huge kitchen! We love food! There is a small dog on the premises, he is over friendly and getting on in years now. We do have parking available both off and on street, and are just a 4 min walk to Mottingham station, which is 19 mins to London Bridge or just 8 to Lewisham and 22 to Charring Cross, Broadband is included as are all bills. We are a stones throw away from the local sports centre and we have a mini gym in the garage. We speak : English, Thai, Chinese and Bahasa. We do a lot of cooking and baking, you would be welcome to join us for evening meals for a very small additional cost per meal. We are looking for someone that will fit in, with our mixed household, if we don't get back to you within 48 hours please consider that as a no from us. Please no WFH applicants.
