I am looking for a male flat mate to rent out a recently refurbished room. My ideal flat mate is a mixed bag of friendly and respectful. I am looking for someone who is up for being a flat mate, such as watching films, sports, gaming and just having a chat. Willing to socialise with guests, but to also give me some of my own space.
The flat itself is 2 bedrooms, with a brand new kitchen, brand new bathroom with brand new shower and sink, newly decorated, brand new flooring and new carpet. Fully electric for the environmentally minded flat mate. The Balcony is overlooking Chislehurst and plenty of wooded areas - perfect for a coffee in the morning or a beer in the evening!
The building has a car park and easy access around the building for parking. It sits on the 3rd floor of a 10 story building.
The flat is in a quiet area in Mottingham, not far from Grove Park Station, a mere 6 minute walk. Grove Park Station is a 7 minute train journey to Bromley and a 15 minute train ride to London Bridge, 20 minute train ride to Waterloo East and a 22 minute train ride to Charing Cross Stations. Plus Grove Park Station also has services to London Cannon Street Station. The flat is 3 minutes away from a park to go running or do sports. Across the road from the flat is a CostCutters Convenience Shop, Pharmacy, Hairdressers, Small Newsagents, Cafe, Chinese Take Away and an Indian Take Away. Across the road there are bus stops for bus numbers 124, 126, 273, 284, 624, N136 and 638. It is a 10 minute walk to Tesco, Sainsbury’s and 10 minutes to Lidl and there is a petrol station in the other direction.
The local pub is a 20 minute walk away. It has a nice beer garden and serves lovely food. Also has sky sports and BT Sports.
£750 per month which will include, rent, maintenance costs, council tax, electric, water, TV licence, Virgin Media (broadband, TV and phone), Sky Sports, Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime, Apple TV. I have recently purchased a brand new 85" Smart TV to watch whatever you want.
As for me, I am a genuinely nice guy, friendly, social, tidy and respectful. Always see the best in people and willing to be welcoming to any guests you bring round from time to time. My interests are football, music, food, the pub, gaming, running and I have a few eccentric interests in history and science.
I do shift work, so a lot of the time I will be out of the flat working. There will be no queue for the shower in the morning as I work shifts and sometimes if I work in the evenings, you won't see me. So all in all, for all this at £750 per month, the flat is a very good deal.
