I am looking for a male flat mate to rent out a recently refurbished room. My ideal flat mate is a mixed bag of friendly and respectful. I am looking for someone who is up for being a flat mate; watching films, sport, gaming and just having a chat. Willing to socialise with guests but also give me some of my own space.
The flat itself is a two bedroom with a brand new kitchen, brand new bathroom with brand new shower and sink, newly decorated, brand new flooring and new carpet. Fully electric for the environmentally minded flat mate. The Balcony is overlooking Chislehurst and plenty of wooded areas - perfect for a coffee in the morning.
The building has a car park and easy access around the building for parking. It sits on the 3rd floor of a 10 story building.
The flat is a quiet area in Mottingham, not far from Grove Park Station, a mere 10 minute walk. Grove Park Station is 7 minute journey to Bromley and a 15 minute ride to London Bridge, 20 minute ride to Waterloo East and 22 minutes to Charing Cross Stations. It also has services to London Cannon Street Station. 7 minutes from a park to go running or do sports. Across the road is a Cost Cutters, pharmacy, fish and chip shop serving all sorts of fast food, a Chinese take-away and Indian takw away. Across the road to are bus stops 124, 126, 273, 284, 624, N136 and 638. 10 minute walk to Tesco, Sainsbury’s and 10 minutes to Lidl and a petrol station in the other direction.
The local pub is a 20 minute walk away. It has a nice beer garden and serves decent food. Has sky sports and BT Sports.
£800 per month which will include, rent, maintenance costs, council tax, electric, water, TV licence, Virgin Media (broadband, TV and phone), Sky Sports, Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime, Apple TV. I have recently purchased a brand new 85" smart tv to watch whatever you want.
As for me, I am a genuinely nice guy, friendly, social, tidy and respectful. Always see the best in people and willing to be welcoming to whatever guests you bring around from time to time. My interests are football, music, food, the pub, gaming, running and have a few eccentric interests in history and science.
I work in shifts so for a lot of time I will be out of the flat. There will be no que for the shower in the morning as I work shifts and sometimes if I work in the evening, you won't see me so all in all for all this, £800 for a flat is a good deal.
