My housemate is leaving her room for 5 months, from April, as she will be away for that time. She is flexible if you want to move in completely for long term as she may get a place on her own if that happens.
The place is located 15 min walk from Mottingham station, with access to London Bridge within 20 min.
Double room price is max 1100 pcm with a deposit of 500, all bills included (825 rent the rest is bills, counsil tax ect. And total can be less depending on energy consumption, usually 1000 in summer time)
The room is in the first floor of a house, with lot of wardrobe storage and fully furnished. Inclusive of garage, free parking and garden. Common areas are kitchen fully stocked, living room fully equipped with tv, and bathroom with heated floor and bathtub.
Preferably females. Looking for a clean, tidy and easygoing person, and someone who is fine with cats as I have a lovely kitten in the place.
