A spacious double room is available in a modern, well-maintained 3-bedroom house for a short-term 4-month stay — from 1st December 2025 to 31st March 2026.
All bills included.
You’ll be sharing with one other tidy, professional lodger for most of the period, as I’m the homeowner and will be travelling. The house remains my primary residence, and I’ll return periodically during the agreement for very short stints between trips.

• 15–17 minutes’ walk to the station or 20 minutes to Sainsbury’s if you prefer walking.

• Fixed-term: 4 months (no extension beyond 31 March 2026)
• Deposit: Equivalent to 3 weeks’ rent
• All bills included (council tax, utilities, Wi-Fi)
• Non-smokers only
• This is a lodger’s agreement, not a tenancy.
• While I am travelling, the property remains my main home, and you’ll be sharing with one existing lodger (professional, respectful, tidy).
