The area is quiet and safe, it is 10 minute walk away from Mottingham rail station, train ride 10 minutes from Lewisham , 20 minutes from London Bridge and 25-30 minutes from Charing Cross and Canon Street station. Shops close by, petrol station and buses to Eltham, Bromley, Chislehurst and North Greenwich.
