The house - is a two level detached property. It has a new kitchen, fridge, freezer, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, washing machine, new microwave, toaster, kettle, bathroom, two toilets, garden, storage area, internet / wi-fi, central heating / radiators, driveway private parking space etc...

The area - Mottingham train station is located in zone 4 area South East. Trains run every 3-5 minutes during the peak hours. All trains go to London Bridge (3 stops / 16 minutes) and from there they either go to Charing Cross or Cannon Street. It's a quiet area with lots of nice houses around and with plenty of parks and walks to enjoy (Royal Tarn, Crossharbour, Sports Ground, Fairy Hill, Royal Blackheath Golf Club, etc). Right next to the station there's A20 motorway that leads to Central London (about 10 min drive to Blackwall Tunnel / Greenwich O2 arena). For those who like going to the gym, Bannatynes Health Centre isn't that far away, or alternatively nearby football pitch and Golf Club for those who like weekend action.

The room is suitable for full time working male or female.
