• 2 minutes walk to the buses. Close train stations are Grove Park, Mottingham and Elmstead Woods and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to any of the stations or you take the bus

• Share kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet
• Fitted kitchen with appliances included - stove, washing machine, toaster, microwave, kettle and fridge-freezer
• Good access to local amenities, including a supermarket and cafes

A cleaner every two weeks and gardener monthly during the summer
