The room is medium-sized and comes furnished with a single bed and wardrobe, overlooking the garden, which provides a calm and relaxing environment. It’s a great space for someone who values quiet and needs a good setting for studying.

The bathroom is shared, however it is only lightly used as I have my own separate bathroom.

All bills are included in the rent (gas, electricity, water, and WiFi), and the room is available at £650 per month, paid monthly on a year-round basis.
