We’ve got a large double room available, set within the green and sunny grounds of Tarnwood Park, one of the loveliest hidden spots in South East London.

The room’s spacious, bright, and peaceful, with a double bed, cupboard, drawers, and space for a small desk if needed.

The flat is clean, warm, and genuinely feels like a home. It has a generous living room, dining area, separate kitchen, fast broadband, and a great shower. I’ve been living here for almost nine years and love the space, the light, and the community feel of the area.

A bit about me: I’m a filmmaker, often working from home or out on location.

Location-wise, it’s brilliant:
• 4 mins walk to Mottingham Station (London Bridge in 20–25 mins)
• 5 mins to Eltham High Street (M&S, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, cafés, etc.)
• Eltham Palace is just over the road — genuinely one of London’s best-kept secrets if you’re into history or cool places to explore.
• Behind the estate, there’s a pond with ducks and a nearby field with donkeys and horses — proper countryside vibes but still Zone 4.

The room itself is lovely, but what you really get is a peaceful, spacious home in a welcoming and friendly area. We’re social when it suits — glass of wine, meal here or there — but everyone enjoys their own space too.
