£650 Large Double Room south of Canary Wharf

I'm having to move out of my lovely room is a really nice house.

The current housemates are all close friends, we've all lived together since 2nd year of uni. So we're looking for someone chilled and sociable to replace me.

Greenwich is just a nice walk away along the river, perfect for heading to the pubs/bars and the market to pick up some fresh bread on the weekends.

The rent is an absolute bargain at £550 a month, with bills coming to around an extra £60.

The house is big, three stories. With front garden, back garden, and a garage!! It's right on the river as well.

This isn't a sublet, once I've found a nice person who would get on well with the current housemates, we'd then add you onto the contract.

Most housemates working from home most days, there is plenty of space for a desk in the room. And there is a dining table in the kitchen, and big living rooms with sofas.
