1 furnished room in 2 bed house (share with owner)

Hi. I am looking to rent out the spare room in my house which is close to Canary Wharf and to Greenwich on the Isle of Dogs (E14 postcode, zone 2).

I would consider people looking for a Monday-Friday let, or 7 days (or something in between).

This is a 2 bed house with 1 spare room that I am looking to rent out - I put this as previously it seemed my ad wasn't clear. The room has a double bed, bedside table, set of drawers and a mirror. This room is only suitable for 1 person and not for couples.

This is sharing with me and we would share the bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room. There is also a sunny garden. The kitchen has a job, oven, microwave, washing machine. There is no dishwasher or dryer. I dry clothes on the washing line if it’s dry or clothes dryers if not. There is WiFi and Sky TV.

Excellent transport links via DLR and bus and easy connection to Jubilee Line or mainline trains from Lewisham and Greenwich. There are good local pubs and restaurants close by, a couple of takeaways, corner shop and big supermarket are less than a 10 minute walk away.

Parking is on the drive or you can get a permit from the council.

You must like dogs as I sometimes dog sit for friends.

I’m a very young at heart office worker- I love to go out for a drink and have done this pretty much all my previous housemates, and am happy to watch tv together in the house sometimes.

I’ve shared houses for about a million years and have rented out the spare room in my house/flat (wherever I’ve been) for 15 years so am very much used to and like living with someone.

I'm a live in landlord who works regular M-F hours and like to keep the place clean and tidy. I cook most days, and I like my evenings/weekends pretty quiet.
