Double room at convenient location

Hi all,

The current tenant is leaving and we have free room to rent. I am a professional using the other room as an office and looking to rent one of the rooms of a two bed flat. I am a dad of two and my family lives near by, but not in the actual place (as said I use it as an office or to crash sleep if working late). The room has decent size 11.5'' x 11.2'' or 3.5m x 3.4m and is furnished. There is also a larger room (the one used as an office and this could be rented as well).

The rest: living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared.

Flexible in terms of timing as long as the person is responsible, punctual and tidy.
