En-suite Double Bedroom Available

My flatmate of 4 years is moving out of London so I’m looking for someone to take over her room in our modern 2 bed flat perfectly located on Isle of Dogs in the middle of Zone 2. The flat has a lovely spacious living room and kitchen (looking over the water), and the room comes with its own ensuite bathroom. The flat is fully furnished as well, but still pretty bare so would love to find someone to decorate it with!

The rent is £950 per month + bills (approx £155). It’s a fixed 12 month contract starting early July, making it perfect for someone wanting a bit more stability and to make the place your home🌿

You will be sharing with me (hi!!). I’m 26 and work for an educational travel company - which means I basically spend most of my days dreaming about far away destinations. When I’m not glued to my work laptop I love exploring cute new cafes, pole dancing, and having cozy nights in with friends. I’m a massive reader so the flat comes with it’s own miniature library (mostly romance books). I’m relatively new to London myself (am originally from Denmark but moved down from Scotland last year) so I’m always up for exploring new areas🌆

Agency requirements:
- must be able to complete full agency check
- minimum salary of £28,500
- 5 weeks deposit
- move in start July
