**About the Room/flat:**
- Spacious with a shower en suite
- Shared open living room/dining. I do work in the living room as I have a smaller room.
- Main bathroom has a bath
- Must be able to move in/takeover contract September 2nd.

**Bills**
- Council tax £93each
- Internet £11 each
- Electricity roughly £30(summer)-60(winter) each
- Water is included in rent

**About Me:**
- I’m an ambivert, so I appreciate quiet time but also enjoy a good chat.
- I’m a graphic designer and currently wfh full time
- values a clean and cozy home environment.

- Short bus ride to Canary Wharf
- 10min walk to mudchute DLR station
- 15min walk to big ASDA
- 30min walk to greenwich park!
