Hello :)

We’re looking for a new flatmate to replace me in my double room.
Our flat has six bedrooms, though only five are being used. We're a mix of professionals who have lived together for about five years, each working in different industries and on different schedules. Some of us are rarely home (for weeks), so overall, the flat stays quiet most of the time.
We are looking for someone clean and considerate of others, don't mind if it is a student, young or older professional.

Bills are shared equally and average around £102.71 per month, depending on the season.

Council Tax: Band C

Internet: Fast Community Fibre Broadband

Parking: Available through the housing association for £30 per month

Flat Facilities:
1 Kitchen
2 Toilets
1 Bathroom (we’re all respectful and timing issues are rare)

Location:
Our area is excellent—quiet, safe, and conveniently located. It’s only a 20-minute walk along the river to Canary Wharf, and a 15-minute walk to ASDA, Tesco Express, Nuffield Gym, and more. The DLR station is an 8-minute walk, and from there, it’s only three stops to Canary Wharf (Jubilee and Elizabeth lines).
