I am looking for three new flatmates who are interested in living in the Isle of Dogs. My current flatmates are moving on to new ventures and their rooms are available from the end of May for the remaining five months of our tenancy contract (ending late November). Students can inquire as long as they have a guarantor.

All bedrooms are fully furnished with double beds, cabinets and fitted wardrobes (excl. one room but a clothes rail is provided). One bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom on (first floor), one has a separate bathroom on the ground floor and a connecting balcony (first floor), overlooking the front of the house, and the last bedroom (second floor) has a great view of Canary Wharf and has a shared bathroom on the top floor.

A fully fitted kitchen is connected to the conservatory living room which is equipped with a TV and good sound system. There is also the garden which is perfect for anyone who is a keen gardener, especially in the Summer time. There is also a driveway and garage which is used for storage.

The property is located just off the Thames Path and 0.5 miles from Mudchute DLR station. Canary Wharf station is a 10 minute bus journey/20 minute walk, a great transport link to get into central London. Greenwich is a 20 minute walk via the Greenwich Foot Tunnel.

Security deposit is 5 weeks rent.
