En-Suite in Friendly Houseshare- 5 mins from CW

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 1st March for a spacious en-suite room in a lovely 6-bed all-girls house share.

📍 Location perks
• 5-minute walk to Mudchute Station (DLR)
• 10 minutes by bus to Canary Wharf
• Bus stop right outside the house, including regular night buses

🏡 The house
The house is social but respectful- perfect if you enjoy the occasional rosé and takeaway night or cute weekend brunch, while still having your own space. The shared living areas are generous, so it never feels cramped even when everyone’s home.

You’ll also be living with Bagel, our very sweet and sleepy house cat 🐱 He’s extremely low-maintenance and always happy to curl up on the sofa for a cuddle.

👯‍♀️ Your housemates
The other girls work in law, tax, events and graphic design, so we all have busy schedules but get on really well and keep the house feeling relaxed and homely.

💡Bills
All bills including council tax come to £110 each month. We have a great deal with utility bills where it’s a fixed cost each month so there’s no surprises throughout the year!
