Big Room, E14 3RA, all bills included, avail July

Hey everyone!!

My room will become available in July 2026, I am moving out because my parents are coming over to London so I need to rent a 1 bed flat. Therefore I am looking for a replacement for my room.

The address is E14 3RA. The rent will be a rolling contract as per new tenancy laws. The room is big and the rent is all inclusive of bills. £800 rent incl all bills including a fast Wifi. Instead of a window, you have a standing balcony and it is east facing, so plenty of sunlight in the morning especially in summer is lovely!

The flat has a very large kitchen. There is everything available from the landlord like toaster, air fryer, oven, microwave, boiling kettle. The flatmates are only 2, a girl and an uncle at the moment and the other rooms have been free for ages. They both are barely at home. Uncle works in a store all days of the week and weekend so you barely see him. And the girl is away every weekend. They both don't work from home (the girl does only 1 day WFh) which means If you are more work from home (WFH), you get the whole flat to yourself. Plus nobody cooks, they simply microwave their food (ewww) so if you cook, again - the whole kitchen is all yours.

The home is 10 mins walk away to Asda Crossharbour, 10 mins walk to Mudchute station DLR and also to Island Garden DLR and also 10 mins walk to the underwater tunnel to Greenwich. And bus stop is only 1 min away which also has night buses. I love this area so much that I have lived here for 3 years.
