Bus connections are: D7 (20 min to Mile end station), 135 (45 min to Aldgate, Liverpool Street, Shoreditch and Old Street), and N550 (night bus to Aldgate and Trafalgar Square) . In addition to the Elisabeth Line from Canary Wharf!
There is an Equinox supermarket (5 min walk), big 24h ASDA (12 min walk), Tesco just in front of Asda, and Waitrose at Canary Wharf shopping mall, with also plenty of shops and restaurants, (just 3 stops away by DLR). - 1st floor: 2 large rooms, one of them is the room available with en-suite bathroom.
- 2nd floor: 2 rooms (bedroom & studio, the studio is above your room) Spanish couple mid-30s, Landlord, professional, super friendly, quiet, respectful and flexible, who have been living in the house for the last 9 years while renting the the 2 rooms downstairs.
Shared facilities:
- Spare Living room with TV and comfy sofa, garden, BBQ, and parking space.
- Equipped kitchen (2 big fridges, cooker, oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle).
Cost:
- Rent £845 GBP/month including Internet (fastest connection) and council tax. (Monthly rent to be paid the 28th of each month).
- Monthly average for Bills excluded is 78.5 GBP, Electricity and Gas bills come every 3 months, Water bill every 6 months, which we pay as they arrive, cost split it between 4 of us.
We require 1 month deposit (immediate payment) + 1 month to be paid at due date (next rent payment is due on 28th November 2024), moving date is 14th November 2024.
