Spacious room in a house with brilliant amenities

Hello,

We're looking for another housemate for our three-level house in Munster Village in Fulham. We live on a quiet but convenient street, with quick access (<2 minute walk) to shops and restaurants and tube and bus stops in walking distance.

It's a very friendly house and we're always respectful of everyone's space. There’s enough space in the house to hang out and relax by yourself when needs be (and not just in your bedroom). We all work a lot, but do try enjoy ourselves at the weekend either out and about or relaxing. This probably is the place for you if you have a busy lifestyle and need a homely place to relax.

The available room is furnished with a double bed, two nightstands with lamps, chair, and desk with chair. There's lovely natural light, with a standard window and bay window, with shutters and blinds so you can sleep in. There’s plenty of wardrobe and storage space in the room. If you need more storage space, we have a large attic to store extra items.

You'll share a full bath with one other tenant (there's another in landlord's ensuite, which anyone can use when needs be).

The house has a nice-sized kitchen with a large table, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, and toaster. We also have a roof terrace, back garden, large living room, and a separate TV room. We have a very sweet and well-behaved Labrador mix, so we’re looking for someone who is okay with living with a dog.

We all keep the house in good condition and have a cleaner that comes every other week (the cost is included in your rent). We all work long hours and prefer a quieter house, and infrequently have parties. We’re looking for a housemate who enjoys a calm, clean environment – it’s the perfect place if you are a professional who needs a chilled place to live and relax after work.
