Hi guys, our flatmate has excitingly just bought a house! So we are looking for someone to take over the lease for her room in our lovely modern 3 bed / 3 bath flat in Fulham.

The room & flat
• Double room with large built in wardrobes. Fully furnished with double bed, bedside tables, and desk.
• Huge private en-suite with a bath.
• Light, modern kitchen / living space with bifold doors and high ceilings.
• Private patio garden.

The location
• 15 min walk to Parsons Green (District), 20 min walk to Barons Court (Piccadilly), 5 min bus to Earls Court. Can be at Cannon Street (for City/St Paul’s) in 40 mins.
• 30 second walk to a Co-Op and 2 min walk to a Tescos.
• 7 min walk to Bishops Park and the riverside - so beautiful in the summer ☀️
• There are lots of cute cafes and restaurants on our road and some lovely pubs nearby.

⭐️ Sarah (29) - Brand Manager, I work in West London and I’m in the office 2-3 days a week. I work for a chocolate brand so lots of free chocolate!! Love grabbing coffee nearby, walks, pilates, running, shopping and a good brunch. I enjoy a good chat in the house & doing things together but equally very chilled /easy going and happy doing my own thing!
⭐️ Selina (29) - Journalist, am freelance so my schedule can be quite random and I rarely wfh. Love a chilled pub evening with friends, reading, going on super long walks, obsessed with astronomy and sunsets (there are some beautiful ones by the river!), love fashion and fitness, Barry’s/reformer/hot yoga girl, currently keeping PG Gail’s afloat with my daily single shot lattes.

Looking for
• 27+
• We are both very easygoing people and close friends but like our own space too (v respectful of each other’s silent TikTok time). Would love to meet someone who has their own setup and interests but is also keen to hang out a bit and get to know each other as friends so that the flat feels comfortable and homely for all of us.
• We are not a massive party house but we love to host cute dinners / drinks evenings / movie nights / pre-drinks etc.
• We are clean, tidy, and respectful, but not militant!
