Hi,
We have just finished renovating our house in Minster Village in Fulham, and are looking to rent out our large loft bedroom. The room is furnished with a built-in wardrobe and double Ottoman bed. There is additional eaves storage that can be used. There is plenty of space for a large desk or small sofa.
The room gets lots of light and has a sliding door with Juliette balcony - we haven't gotten round to putting a set of curtains / blinds there yet but will do.
There is a full bathroom next door which would primarily be yours to use - it is on the same level as our guest bedroom / office so is technically shared.
We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and quiet. As the house is recently renovated with new kitchen and paint we are ideally looking for someone who won't require too much use of the communal area (e. g. not hugely interested in cooking) and is happy spending the majority of their time at home in their room. As such the room is likely to suit someone who works from the office 4-5 days a week. This is not to say you will not be welcome to use the communal area but we would rather be upfront about our preference to avoid wasting anybody's time!
All bills included. Non-smokers only.
Room is available in January, flexible on start date.
