Big double room in Fulham

we live in a nice flat, is located next to a lot of accomodities, less than 3 minutes walk to the bus for central of london or for west london (220 , 74, 430).
5-10 minutes by walk to parsons green where you have a lot of nice little shop and activities ( yoga, butchers, italian market....) you have also the bus 14 and 414 to central.
5 minutes by walk to Virgin active and fulham pool.
10 minutes by bus to hammersmith station ( piccadily line, hammersmith and city line), 10 minutes by bus to west brompton station.
10 minutes by walk to fulham broadway ( district line ). Fulham is a really nice area with a lot of shop, restaurant, bar club, bank, cinema ( marks and spencer, waitrose, holland and barret, whole food, barclays, llyod, italian restaurant, armorino ice cream, english pub, VUE cinema....)
Kingwood road is a nice family area with some really good restaurant near munster road ( italian restaurant, chinese, english, local pub...)
Also there is a tesco express, coop at 2 min by walk.
We have also the north end road market if you want fresh vegetables and fruits 10 by walk from the flat and next to it you have really good butchers, fishmonger.

It is a 3 bedroom flat, no living room, but the kitchen is big enough to hang out.
Kitchen include : Fridge and freezer, cupboards, microwaves, oven, washing machine, wood table with 4 chairs, kitchen ustensils.

The bathroom is really fonctional.

1 big bedroom available:
Double bedroom 670 pounds with around 50 pounds for the bills including electricity, gaz, internet ....
the room is really big and furnished with one chest of drawer, 1 desk , 1 king size bed, 1 wardrobe.

Ok people so about us:

Megane : She is french from Nice in the south of France, she works as an senior sales assistant.
She is 24 years old, young and professional, i am responsible, reliable, clean, tidy, open mind , sportive, spiritual. She likes to live in quiet flat but love to share with my flatmate and eat together, even look the french television or movies together.
She is a very independant person but very friendly and very friendly and looking for awesome people to make a cheerful household.
No heavy drinker, no drugs, this is not a party house, no drama queen, no smokers.

Me : I'm french also from Marseille in the south on France, I work in as an assistant teacher in a french school on king street.
I'm 30 years old, young and professional, I'm a quiet person, I like to watch movies and series in french also, I'm is a funny girl and friendly. I like to cook as well.
I don't smoke, no a heavy drinker, no drugs etc.

You must be :
Young and professional between 23- 35.
Full time employement ( no late night working hours)
respectful of others
Responsible
Reliable and honest, pay the rent on time, very clean and tidy.
