We are looking for someone to move into the 3rd bedroom of our lovely flat share in Muswell Hill as our flatmate of 3 years has had to move out of London. We are Annie and Jennifer, both professionals working (from home) in media and marketing, and have lived in this flat and Muswell Hill for a good few years. We are looking for someone friendly and respectful to share the flat; we like to do our own thing but also sit down with a glass of wine and a movie occasionally :)

Rent is £625 pcm + bills (£115 per month), deposit required (one month's rent).
Lovely location, 2 minutes to Muswell Hill Broadway, 5 minutes to Alexandra Park, near to Highgate Wood/Queens Wood and Hampstead Heath is a short distance away. Good access to transport, bus routes 102 and 299 to Bounds Green tube (Piccadilly line), bus route 134 and 43 to Highgate tube (Northern Line), Alexandra Palace train station (NR), W7 bus to Finsbury Park, close to A406.
Short walk to Muswell Hill Broadway, which has local shops and a large Sainsburys, Everyman Cinema, gyms and restaurants. Not a party flat.
