Bright airy home near Highgate tube

I am the owner of this lovely family home. I have two sons one lives abroad and my other son ages 25 lives in the property. I am offering one double room with lots of cupboard space and a desk and a shared bathroom..
I work freelance in advertising.
I spend some time at the property and the rest of the time I'm with my partner a few miles away.
The house has a modern bathroom, which you would be sharing with my son. There is a kitchen diner and a nice garden. The home throughout is clean, bright and airy.
The house is five minutes walk from Muswell Hill Village with its restaurants, cinema, pubs, cafes and individual shops.
It is a safe area.
Five minutes by bus, ten minutes walk away is Highgate tube on the Northern line.
