Description
Join Steve and Angeline at our three bedroom flat-share! I'm UK born and bred, Angeline is Malaysian.
It's close to the Broadway, with easy access to tube stations, various 24-hour bus routes, towards City or West End. Highgate and Bounds Green stations are 10-15 minutes away, and for drivers, there's permit free parking. We also have secure cycle storage. If you stick N10 into TFL JourneyPlanner you'll get an idea of what your commute to work would be. like.
If you're not familiar with it, Muswell Hill is a quiet, leafy safe area, with lots of shops, bars and restaurants, including a really nice Wetherspoons pub for great value drink and food, a cinema, and various parks, including Alexandra Palace. That place does gigs, fairs, has a theatre and ice skating rink. Within easy walking distance there are various supermarkets, including 24-hour Tesco. Whether you're a jogger, or just enjoy regular strolls, IT'S JUST NICE!
The room light and modern, has double bed, with storage beneath, chest of drawers, shelves, without being over cluttered. At the back of the building it's also the quietest of the bedrooms, so handy in the summer for sleep with window open.
The kitchen's got enough cupboard space for everyone, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and air-fryer.. There's all the stuff you'd need for your cooking adventures..
Living room's got big leather sofas, table/chairs, big TV, nice dvd movie collection, and big healthy happy plants! Hot water is from a cylinder, but that things kinda massive too! Basically, I'd describe it as a cosy colourful and easy to manage place.
There's fast reliable wi-fi and internet TV.
We're chilled out 20/40 somethings who work standard day hours. ANOTHER GIRL would be nice. Someone chilled out, friendly, who enjoys evening/weekend sofa chats, over a drink or takeaway.... Prefer somebody who works standard day hours. People that go to work late afternoon, return silly o'clock.... kinda like living with ghosts! I reckon someone 30 years old and upward would be good, for being on a similar wavelength...
Though I stated 1/12 as a move date, there's the potential to work out something if you're a good fit, but need a place sooner
