Double Bedroom in Beautiful house

I've decided to leave London, so I unfortunately have to find someone to take over my lovely room in this beautiful house in Muswell Hill.

It is a fully furnished Double bedroom in Muswell Hill N10 available from 27th August. Room includes 2 big chests of drawers, furniture, big cupboards for your clothes and double bed in a well finished spacious house with 3 bedrooms (other 2 bedrooms occupied by my 2 lovely housemates).

House includes large living room with TV and broadband, dining room, kitchen with dishwasher and garden (with BBQ!) including a separate office space and projector screen for the summer.

The rent is £700 and the bills are £136 per month, this covers everything for the house, including the cleaner coming for the communal areas.

My housemates are really chilled and easy going, we all do our own stuff, but do enjoy spending some time together watching TV or having a few glasses when together at home.

Amazing landlord, always there to fix anything that needs to be fixed/improved, the best you could have in London!

There is free on street parking, easy access to North Circular and M1. Good transport links, 15 minute bus ride from the end of the road to Highgate tube station (Northern line). Huge 24 hour Tesco 10 minute walk away.

I'm leaving the room on August 27th, so it's available from that date. Our landlord goes via agency, so there will be some agency fees for all the paperwork and credit checks (only £50 though).
