Looking for a professional female to share my flat. A double furnished room in a pretty garden flat. The flat is situated on a leafy tree lined road in Central Muswell Hill. It’s 5 mins walk to the Broadway where there are many shops, cafes and restaurants. There are direct buses to the City and West End. Highgate, East Finchley and Bounds Green Underground stations are walkable or a short bus ride away.
The North Circular and A1 are 10 mins drive therefore Muswell Hill is perfectly situated to travel in and out of London by car. Parking permits are not required on the road outside the flat or adjacent roads.
Alexandra Palace is 10 mins walk away, Highgate Woods and Hampstead Heath are also a walkable distance.
I am looking for a responsible, friendly young female. The flat is light & airy and has a beautiful garden to enjoy. References and deposit required.
