Large room in Muswell Hill

Hi everyone, two of our flatmates are sadly leaving in February so we have a large furnished room available from the beginning of February!

In contrast to most Spareroom ads, the room is bigger than it appears on the pictures!

The flat is very spacious and bright, with period features and a high ceiling throughout. We have a large shared living room with a TV, two bathrooms, and a large kitchen.

We also have a balcony with the best skyline view of the whole of London!

The flat is in the centre of Muswell Hill. This is a great (very lively/safe/leafy) area full of shops, supermarkets, gyms, a cinema, parks, pubs and the event venue Alexandra Palace. It’s also well connected with a bus stop outside the flat, taking you to either Highgate tube station (around 5-10 minutes) or Finsbury Park (15-20 minutes) with Crouch End also being about 5 minutes away by bus. We’re also only a couple of minutes’ walk from Alexandra Park or Highgate Woods which are great for going for a run.

Just to let you know a bit about us, we’re both in our twenties and there’s me (Rhys) who works in HR and Hannah who is an architect. We are looking for two friendly people (young professionals or PhD students) who would like to have a friendly home and who would like a nice chat/netflix night/dinner together... after work from time to time!

Bills are approximately £70 a month.
