Large, well lit double room in North London

Hi everyone!

One of our flatmates has had to return to Australia on very short notice, so we're looking for someone to fill his room as soon as the lockdown allows - we're a trio of 20-something professionals/academics ideally looking for similar.

The room itself is large and fully furnished, and is in just the right location to catch sunlight while being protected from street noise. We also have a spacious living room, well equipped kitchen (including a new washer/dryer), two bathrooms, and a shared balcony with one of the best views in London!

The flat is in the centre of Muswell Hill. This is a great (very lively/safe/leafy) area full of shops, supermarkets, gyms, a cinema, parks, pubs and the event venue Alexandra Palace. It’s also well connected with a bus stop outside the flat, taking you to either Highgate tube station (around 5-10 minutes) or Finsbury Park (15-20 minutes) with Crouch End also being about 5 minutes away by bus. We’re also only a couple of minutes’ walk from Alexandra Park or Highgate Woods which are great for going for a run.
