We are looking for a lodger to rent a double bedroom in a house with two other people. The room is very large, with parquet flooring, white walls and mood lighting. The room comes furnished including TV but not everything needs to stay.

The rent includes all bills, council tax, broadband and the use of the washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There is a modern kitchen, bathroom and dining room. There is plenty of storage in the house.

The property is easily accessed by buses, overground & tubes; Highgate Station can be walked within 10-15 minutes. There is a regular bus by the house, which goes to Finsbury Park Station in 15 minutes and Alexandra Palace Station can be easily reached by walking or bus. There is also free parking outside.
