Cosy, sunny room in Highgate woods

Looking for a friendly professional to join our cosy flat!

Due to the current situation, one of our flatmates is sadly moving back home from our lovely flat, which makes this super sunny room available!

The room is fully furnished, with a very comfortable bed, lots of storage, tall ceilings and plenty of light. It doesn’t have a desk, but the living area has a big table and has a great ambience to study or work from home, since you’d be only sharing with two profesional girls who work full time outside the flat.

I’m sure you’ll love the flat if you come see it, with a lovely balcony from which you can see the woods and perfect to spend summer evenings. The kitchen is very nice and has a lot of space to cook, brand new washing machine, microwave and boiler. You can see the woods from there as well! The bathroom has a huge shower plus a bathtub, all very well maintained.

You’d be sharing with two profesional girls, I am an early years teacher and Alice is a graphic designer. We are both friendly and enjoy a good chat, but we also leave each other space and respect our alone time. We like series, books, having a drink with friends, cooking and travelling.

Muswell Hill is a beautiful area, very safe and green, with shops, cinemas, gyms, supermarkets and nice pubs all around. The flat is just next to one of the gates to Highgate woods, perfect to go for a run or a walk. It is also just 10min walk to Highgate station (Northern line) or 3min on the bus. There’s a bus stop just outside the door, with the lines 43 and 134 taking you to central London.
