I am looking for a housemate to move into a lovely room available in a bright, spacious two storey flat in leafy Muswell Hill, North London. The Flat itself benefits from high ceilings, a large, spacious kitchen and living room, and plenty of storage space. It also has an amazing private roof terrace with views of the city at the front and Highgate woods at the back. The room also come with a double bed. Bills are included in the stated price.

It is located a 10 minute walk to Highgate underground station which is on the Northern line, getting you into central London in around 20 minutes. It also has the very beautiful Highgate woods backing out onto the property and is a 15 minute walk to Alexander Palace, making socially distanced walks very easy and pleasant. All the amenities that Muswell Hill has to offer are a 5 minute walk away - including supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and a beautiful everyman cinema, perfect for when the world gets back to normal.

A little bit about me - My name is Toby and I work in Film and TV. I am very friendly, easy going and my interests are (well of course!) films. I am crazy about them, which led me into working in the industry. I love to cook and there is often some going spare for a hungry housemate. I travel regularly for work which can take me away from home for periods of time, so often you will have the place to yourself. But when I'm home I'm always very happy to hang out, eat together and pop out to one of the great local pubs, when we can of course. However I endeavour to never be imposing and realise that we all need our space and time when required. I would say I'm amenable and very flexible.
