About the other flatmate:
I'm a 34yo Aussie living in London, and I work 4 days a week in the City. I am open minded, environmentally conscious, and into cycling and running. I love music, languages (Italian/French/Spanish), and my cats. I'm great at accumulating books that I never find the time to read.
I like to the keep the house looking nice so my cleaner comes every Friday.
I would love the other flatmate to feel like it's their home to nest in (creative expression welcome) and this is one of the reasons why I haven't furnished the room myself.
I am also a tenant (i. e. I don't own the place) and have permission to sublet under the rental agreement. Total lease cost is £2300pcm.
