The room is well furnished, comprising double bed, in-built shelf, mirror, and extensive wardrobe. I may be able to provide a desk if need be. Extra storage is available in the attic.

The flat benefits from a living room, with two balconies with sweeping views over the London skyline. Additional shelving in the hall is also available for book storage.

The kitchen includes oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and a host of cutlery and gadgets.

All bills, including weekly cleaning, are included within the rent. Council tax band is D.

**About the flatshare**

The flatshare hasn't been composed yet, and there may therefore be two other rooms to let. I, the landlady, a 36-year old journalist and cultural entrepreneur, would be staying in the living room every once and while (max once per month).

Muswell Hill Broadway has all the shops and amenities one could dream of, and the vast green spaces of Alexandra Palace, Highgate and Queens Woods on its doorstep. The neighbourhood is thoroughly well connected, with buses taking you to Highgate tube (Northern) from door to door in 9mn.
