Hello! I'm looking for a lovely new flatmate to take over my current flatmate's contract starting in February.
The Room & Flat:
• The Room: A comfortable double bedroom with a double bed and storage/wardrobes.
• The Flat: A cosy 2-bed situated directly opposite Alexandra Park. We have a separate living room, a dedicated kitchen, and a bathroom (with a bath/shower).
• Rent: £800 pcm.
• Bills: £160 pcm (all-inclusive for electricity, gas, water, council tax, and Wi-Fi).
• Contract: This is a 1-year contract with a 6-month break clause.
Why Muswell Hill is Great:
The flat is super close to everything on the Broadway! Think Wetherspoon, lovely independent pubs, Waitrose, Sainsbury's, M&S, and Aldi. If you enjoy the outdoors, we're surrounded by parks and woods, and the area is full of cute coffee shops and restaurants.
Getting Around:
• Buses 144 (Wood Green) and W7 (Crouch End/Finsbury Park) are right outside.
• A 2-minute walk gets you the 102, 134, and 43 (Highgate Station).
About Me & What I'm Looking For:
I'm a 32-year-old professional, working from home three days a week (M, T, F). I'm pretty chill, appreciate a clean and tidy space. I enjoy netflix, books or a glass of wine now and then. Crucially, I'm looking for someone who is pet-friendly as I have a cat! We need someone who can respect each other's space but is also happy to hang out.
