Single room available

This room is for a person that hasn't got much stuff since it’s small.
Is a small room and cozy , comes furnished with a desk and single bed. Underneath the bed there are two drawers . The room has the cupboard and drawers outside , but also additional space which belongs to the room.

There's a communal living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.

The flat is in a quiet residential area with some convenient stores, shops, pubs and restaurants nearby.
Alexandra Palace lake is less than 10 min walk. It has great public transport connections: buses 134, 102, 299 and more. Bounds Green (Picadilly line) is the closest tube station, at walking distance. East Finchley Station (Northern Line) is about 15 min by bus.

We are friendly, and enjoy spending time together but we have our own schedules as well. We are looking for a female flatmate who is considerate, and clean.
