Room with lovely views in large home

Lovely light airy room in large 4/5 bedroom Edwardian house. The room is not an attic room but it is on the top floor and has a certain amount of privacy as no one else sleeps on the top floor. Beautiful views over the park that is directly behind the house so the room is not overlooked at all.

The room was decorated and carpeted recently. Bed and new chest of drawers.

I live here with my husband and daughter (she's calm and happy).

It is a large house with a lot of space. The kitchen and bathroom are clean and functional but not modern. There is one bathroom in the house and a separate toilet. The washing machine and large freezer are in the cellar.

The garden backs onto the park so we can get to the park in 1 minute from the garden or in 5 mins max from the front door. Muswell Hill shops are 5 mins up the road and the little indy shops and cafes on Alexandra Park road are also 5 mins away. The Laboratory gym (with swimming pool) is at the end of the road (5 mins). The nearest buses are 134, 43, W3, W7, 144, 102 (all 5 mins away) and highgate and bounds green tube are 10-15 mins away by bus. Alexandra park overground is also nearby - quick link to old street/Moorgate. We have 2 cats.
