Double room in leafy Muswell Hill

Small but lovely double room in a big house in Muswell Hill. We are a friendly house share made up of a Swedish and Turkish girl, a Canadian and an English man. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, living room, garden, and a conservatory. The room itself comes with a double bed, and a wardrobe. 2 of the housemates currently living at the house have been here for between 3-8 years, and the others have been here about 1 year. We are looking for someone who is going to treat the house as a home.

It's less than a 5 minute walk to the Broadway and all local amenities. Good transport to central, with local buses going direct to either Finsbury park (W7) or Highgate (134/43). There are two local parks within walking distance (Alexandra Palace and Highgate Woods).

We are all friends in the house and often chat, have movie nights, and we love a pub quiz every now and then as well, but are still respectful of each other’s space.

Added bills include: gas/electric (quite variable between the winter and summer), wifi (£7), and council tax (£60) every month, and the water bill is quarterly.

We are looking for someone clean, laidback, and friendly.
