We have a furnished single bedroom with a double bed, available to rent from 1st July.

About the flat:

Located in the leafy green area of Muswell Hill, the flat is just 120 seconds walk from the Broadway and only a few steps from Ally Pally, with supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and all local amenities close by. The flat isn't brand new, but it's functional, cosy, and wonderfully warm during the winter months.
The kitchen is quite compact and works best for one person at a time, but it's fully equipped. All appliances are in good working order. The oven is electric and a little older, and the fridge is on the smaller side, but you'll find just about every kitchen gadget imaginable, including a crêpe maker, stand mixer, Thermomix, air fryer, and more!!!

There's a shared living room with two old comfortable sofas, a decent TV, and easy accessibility for those with mobility needs, as the flat is on the second floor with lift access. The bathroom is shared.
The flat is dry, warm, and generally very VERY very VERY chill, making it a comfortable place to potentially call home.

Who we're looking for:

we are looking for someone who wants to make this place a home with us.
We spend a lot of time here, and we'd love to share it with someone who wishes an easygoing welcoming, tranquil, friendly living environment together.

We're looking for a fellow human we can genuinely trust and enjoy sharing our home with. More than just a flatmate, we'd love someone sociable, easy-going, and laid-back who enjoys the occasional pint, museum visit, shared dinner out, or a glass of wine and a chit chat.

A tranquil household is vital to us, so we're looking for someone who values a friendly atmosphere and is considerate of engaging the other flatmates and respecting the others spaces.

No Drugs allowed.

A few important things to note:

A cleaning on a rota basis is mandatory. We all do our little part to keep the flat pleasant to live in, so common sense regarding bins, floors, and the bathroom is essential.

We share the expenses of household essentials such as toilet paper, bin liners, cleaning products, and other communal items.

Plus there isn’t much space sadly, so if you are loaded of items, it might not be for you.

Who we are:

We are two friends: karaoke pizza movie night anime music hiking travel lovers.

Deposit is £610 to be paid at the tenant in exit before you move in. Everything is recorded by and checked by an agency.

We also just switched to an all inclusive fixed rate bill on Gas/Electricity so it won’t fluctuate during the winter months.

DSS Security checks and references are required. The agency is always on point and has a great responsiveness .
