The double room has all wood wardrobe, large wall mirror, chest of drawers and bedside tables. Looking for a couple for this room, £1500 pm all in.

The street is very quiet, with free on-street parking, no CPZs or restrictions. Lovely leafy outlook at the back with a balcony and steps down to the garden from the kitchen. The flat has lots of natural light, is tidy and comfortable, and equipped with dishwasher and all the usual appliances. Kitchen/diner, living room, balcony & garden, and bathroom shared. Very good Wi-Fi/ broadband.

I stay 2 nights a week when I'm working in North London so you'd have the place to yourself most of the time.

It's a short walk up to Muswell Hill Broadway, and there are lots of parks within easy reach - Alexandra Palace, Highgate Woods, Queens Wood and Coldfall Woods. It's a ten minute bus ride to either Highgate (Northern line) or Bounds Green (Piccadilly line) or Bowes Park (overground into Moorgate).
