Single room with double bed available in a bright, sunny flat sharing with just one other person. Suitable for short term lets of a month or two if full-time, or a longer let if just for part of the week.

I'm a chilled friendly person living a quiet, peaceful life who enjoys the occasional chat but respects the need for space too.

The flat is really bright with high ceilings, and tall sash windows letting in lots of light. The street is very quiet, with free on-street parking, no CPZs or restrictions. There's a bike hangar on the street outside with a space for a bike.

There's a lovely leafy outlook at the back with a balcony and steps down to the garden from the kitchen. The flat is tidy and comfortable, kept very clean, and equipped with dishwasher and all the usual appliances. There's a kitchen/diner, separate living room with desk and piano, balcony & garden, and bathroom. Very fast Virgin Wi-Fi/broadband. There's the option to put a desk in the bedroom.

Muswell Hill is a lovely and very safe area to live. It's a short walk up to Muswell Hill Broadway, and there are lots of parks within easy reach - Alexandra Palace with its fantastic views over London, Highgate Woods, Queens Wood and Coldfall Woods. It's a ten minute bus ride to either Highgate (Northern line) or Bounds Green (Piccadilly line) or Bowes Park (overground into Moorgate).
