A double room available in Muswell Hill with a private garden.

The room comes furnished and the whole flat has been recently renovated. There is a shared bathroom with a walk in shower, open plan kitchen/living room with a separate dining room that contains the laundry cupboard with a washing machine and separate dryer.

The private garden has seating and a gas bbq that you are more than welcome to use.

Ideally I am looking for someone who works full time outside the flat who is easy going, tidy and friendly. I am happy to share the living room and chat or watch tv (Sky Glass) as opposed to someone who is always in their room.
