Short-term SUBLET in Muswell Hill

PLEASE READ BEFORE RESPONDING
Whilst travelling, I am subletting my self-contained studio to a responsible person, NO COUPLES, from 5 January or earlier for one or two months (dates flexible). The rent includes council tax and water rates, electricity is paid directly into the coin meter.

There is everything one needs for a comfortable stay: beddings, washer/dryer and microwave/oven/grill, a large desk with an office chair.

I am looking for someone tidy and quiet. As this is a SUBLET, please write 1/ a bit about yourself and your circumstances 2/ how is it possible to verify your identity - something like work phone, contact through a website or a combination 3/ your move-in and move-out dates.
