Bright + Modern house In the heart of Muswell Hill

Hello people,

Come live with us in this modern and bright three bedroom house, it's open plan with loads of storage and stunning views of London. French windows look out over a large patio area. Great for summer barbecues, there’s free parking on the street, The house itself is set back and the road is very quiet and green. It’s moments from both Alexandra palace and the broadway. There are wonderful views from every floor in the house, on a clear day you can see through to the Thames estuary, city lights twinkle at night.
We like to socialise in the evenings by watching tv or movies but generally are quiet and not night owls in the week. We are looking for someone who would like to become a friend, respectful of each others space, neat and tidy and not too loud. Occasionally we have gatherings and some pub visits or watch sporting events but mostly quiet and abit boring.


Im living in the top room, im in my late 30s chilled, currently working in between projects at the moment but eventually will go into dog training and dog walking i imagine.
The room is a large double with several built in wardrobes, there’s a bed, but we reckoned you’d want to bring your own mattress.

The house is insulated well, warms up quick so we often only have the heating on for a few hours in the evening.

There are two modern bathrooms in the property, and a downstairs cloakroom.


The kitchen diner is spacious, leading on to the sitting room, white walls, wooden floors.
There’s a washing machine, dishwasher, built in oven, fridge freezer and lots of cupboard space in the kitchen. That said, we have plenty of pots and pans, cutlery and china, everything that’s needed really.

The rest of the house is fully furnished, habitat sofas, big tv and projector, linen floor length curtains.

We have a cleaner that comes for 2 hours once a week, Also. looking for someone who is clean and tidy.

Located in the heart of Muswell hill minutes walk from the broadway with shops , restaurants and all the supermarkets. Moments walk from Alexandra palace and 5-10 minutes bus commute to Highgate tube, East Finchley or Finsbury park.

The landlord needs deposit of 5 weeks and first rent upfront, usual checks will be carried out. The room is available immediately, so if you can bring landlord and work refs to the viewing plus ID and right to remain that will save a bit of time but it’s not essential.
